Want to know what my plate looks like on my average day to day basis? I caught up with PopSugar to give them the rundown!

BREAKFAST
"I always work on different projects and jobs on different days, which means that I wake up at different times. However, when there is no alarm set on my phone, my body clock usually settles on a 7 a.m. wake up. I love breakfast! It's my favourite meal of the day so I like to have a variety of healthy options to choose from to start my day. Some days I will have a fresh smoothie with protein powder, or oats with protein and honey, or sometimes I have yoghurt and muesli — it depends what I feel like."
SNACKS
"I usually don't need a snack between breakfast and lunch. I have a large, sustaining brekky so I just make sure I have plenty of water in that time. The afternoon is the time of the day I'm usually craving something sweet. So I like to find organic raw treats, or if I'm on a shoot I eat some fruit — apples or sultanas are my favourites."
LUNCH
"I usually have lunch around 12 p.m., which is when I start to get hungry. At the moment I’ve been having these fresh, pre-packaged meals that I'm enjoying. They measure out the right amount of protein, carbs and greens and all I have to do is heat them up. They are great for busy days but taste amazing, so I pretty much have them at lunch time throughout the week."
DINNER
"Dinner is at about 7 p.m. and it consists usually of chicken and greens. I enjoy cooking so sometimes I make fresh soups or a curry in Winter, and opt for chicken salads in Summer. I try to keep my dinner plate full of greens, but I'm not a big fan of most vegetables so I have to find ways to make myself eat them — that's why curries and soups are good for me."
DESSERT
"On most nights dessert is a peppermint tea and a few squares of dark chocolate. I know this really nice cottage cheese and blueberry ice cream. Blend that with ice and chocolate protein powder — it's a great treat and helps keep your metabolism working overnight."
